About the role

Join a forward-thinking engineering team that’s redefining how software gets built. We’re looking for a Vibe Coder — a Software Engineer who leverages AI-powered development tools to ship features at unprecedented speed, while maintaining production-grade quality and security standards across enterprise-scale products.

You’ll work at the intersection of human creativity and AI capability, using tools like Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, and other AI-assisted development environments to ideate, prototype, and deliver end-to-end features. You’ll help define how our teams integrate AI into their daily workflows, shaping the future of software engineering at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Rapidly build features from idea to production by leveraging AI coding assistants to accelerate design, implementation, testing, and deployment cycles.

• Prompt-driven development: craft precise, context-rich prompts to generate high-quality backend services (Java/Spring Boot), frontend components (React/Next.js), and integration layers.

• AI-augmented code review: use AI tools to review, refactor, and optimize code — while applying critical human judgment on architecture, security, and edge cases.

• Prototype at speed: spin up MVPs, proof-of-concepts, and internal tools rapidly using AI-assisted workflows, then iterate based on feedback.

• Engineering quality assurance: validate, test, and harden AI-generated code to meet production standards for reliability, performance, and security.

• Shape AI-first developer experience: champion and improve AI-driven CI/CD pipelines, automated test generation, code review helpers, and internal DX tooling.

• High-trust collaboration: work closely with cross-functional partners, communicating effectively about AI-assisted outputs and their tradeoffs, especially during demanding delivery phases.

Required Skills

• Strong engineering fundamentals: clean code, OOP, pragmatic design, performance awareness, and testing discipline — you need to know what good code looks like to guide AI to produce it.

• Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools: hands-on experience with Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, ChatGPT, or similar AI coding environments.

• Proven ability to write effective prompts that produce production-ready code, including complex multi-file features and system integrations.

• Solid knowledge of Java and Spring Boot (services, APIs, patterns, debugging) to validate and refine AI-generated backend code.

• Proven experience with React and/or Next.js — understanding of hooks, state management, routing, and SSR/SSG concepts to evaluate and improve AI-generated frontend output.

• Strong code literacy and debugging skills: ability to rapidly read, understand, and fix AI-generated code across the full stack.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and shipping safely to production, including AI-augmented testing and deployment workflows.

• Comfort with databases (SQL + NoSQL concepts, modeling, queries) and ability to prompt AI for efficient schema design and query optimization.

• Ability to work independently in a remote setup with high ownership, clear communication, and strong judgment about when AI output needs human refinement.

Preferred Skills

• Public GitHub/GitLab showcasing AI-assisted projects or vibe-coded applications.

• Experience building and shipping products primarily through AI-driven workflows (e.g., Cursor composer, agentic coding tools, Claude artifacts).

• Familiarity with AI agent frameworks, MCP (Model Context Protocol), and orchestration patterns for development automation.

• Track record of experimenting with AI-driven developer tooling: test generation, automated refactoring, documentation generation, and DX automation.

• Understanding of LLM capabilities and limitations — knowing when to trust AI output and when to intervene manually.

• Curiosity about the evolving landscape of AI-augmented software development: developer productivity, quality, and scalable team practices.
