About the Role

We are looking for a B2B CRM Campaign Manager Lead to join the B2B CRM & Channel Management Hub of our Company.

The B2B CRM Campaign Manager Lead will lead the strategy, design, and implementation of customer management tools and campaign orchestration for B2B customers (Customer Value Management). This role is responsible for maximizing customer value across all B2B products through the organization and strategic management of all campaigns.


The successful candidate will lead the team of B2B CVM/Campaign Managers to deliver targeted and personalized propositions aimed at improving the effectiveness and efficiency of CRM activities while ensuring an exceptional B2B customer experience (CX).

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop the B2B Customer Value Management strategy aligned with business objectives for all B2B products and across all stages of the customer lifecycle.
  • Guide CVM/Campaign Managers to drive continuous improvement, high performance, and leverage insights from the overall campaign plan to optimize contact management.
  • Utilize data and insights to identify opportunities for churn reduction, optimize Campaign Value Management campaign performance, maximize ROI, enhance customer retention, and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Create the B2B contextualization roadmap, ensuring automation and contextualization of existing value management & lifecycle processes, as well as designing new customer journeys.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Data teams to deliver personalized offers and experiences.
  • Design strategies to grow customer value through advanced clustering, analytics, and contextual campaign management.
  • Represent B2B CVM in DT EU projects and strategic initiatives, contributing to business planning and the future joint group strategy for B2B CRM.

 

Required Skills

  • University degree in STEM, Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field; MBA will be considered a plus.
  • 4+ years of experience in commercial roles within the telecommunications or technology sector.
  • Strong analytical skills in leveraging data for actionable insights.
  • Experience with data platforms, marketing automation, or CRM tools.
  • Proven experience in designing, specifying, and implementing IT projects.
  • Knowledge of systems, understanding of data flows, and business processes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluency in English (Proficiency level).
