About the role 

Duties & Responsibilities

• Designs, develops and delivers enterprise AI agents, automations and integrations using low-code platforms to address customer business challenges and improve operational efficiency.
• Owns the end-to-end AI solution lifecycle, from requirements analysis to deployment and continuous improvement.
• Evaluates and applies emerging AI capabilities to enhance existing solutions and address customer requirements.
• Produces solution architecture, technical documentation and implementation guidelines.

Required Skills

• BS/BEng Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field.
• Experience designing and implementing low-code business solutions and automations.
• Ability to translate business challenges and operational needs into effective AI/automation solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and AI agent solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Experience with Generative AI solutions, including LLM fundamentals and prompt design.
• Experience delivering customer-facing IT solutions and projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of the English language.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure AI Foundry and Azure AI services.
• Experience with Voice AI platforms
• Understanding of AI governance, Responsible AI and security principles.
• Microsoft Power Platform, AI-related or Cloud certifications.
• Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies and practices.
