About the role

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner for Β2Β digital channels with business and market knowledge and technology know-how.

Duties & responsibilities

• Develops digital channels strategy (COSMOTE App, COSMOTE portal) targeting corporate clients
• Manages the product backlog and creates user stories, ensuring that deliverables are aligned with business goals
• Collects and prioritizes functional requirements of COSMOTE App and COSMOTE Portal
• Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to define functional requirements and prioritize needs
• Develops product training content and conducts train-the-trainer sessions for Sales and Customer Service departments
• Formulates forecasts, P&L, and KPIs of digital channels for corporate clients
• Monitors the progress and performance of digital sales channels and prepares relevant reports for the continuous optimization of the Customer Experience
• Proposes recommendations for the optimization of the channels under their responsibility

Required Skills

• BA or higher degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Technology or related technical field
• Proven working experience in Digital Channels development & performance management
• Good knowledge of UI/UX and principles of digital channel design
• Excellent command of the English language (Proficiency level)
• Knowledge of Agile methodology and experience in backlog management
• Be Target-focused (both qualitative and quantitative)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Be self-driven and a quick learner to adopt to new technologies and methodologies
• Be highly numerate with strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Be resilient and adaptable to an extremely fast-paced environment with frequent pivots and adjustments
