B2B Cosmote is looking for an experienced Product manager for Β2Β services with business and market knowledge and technology know-how.
Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will:
• Monitor, analyze, and evaluate the market and competition for Β2Β products and services
• Identify and propose new products & services as well as improvements to existing ones with the aim of strengthening them
• Form the commercial specifications of new products or modifies existing ones, to ensure their continuous growth and profitability, while also developing business cases
• Coordinate all involved units to implement, launch & monitor products and services throughout the customer journey & touchpoints - physical (sales & customer care) & digital (app & web)
• Create reports and presentations on the results of the products of his responsibility, analyze them and propose improvement actions
• Participate in the formation of the annual marketing & financial planning of the products & services of their responsibility
• Participate in the planning of end-to-end CRM actions in the context of the successful execution of the business plan of the overall proposition of the products and services of his responsibility.
• Collaborate with Sales teams in order to facilitate in the implementation of the strategy and the increase of penetration of product & services
• Collaborate with Regulatory team and provides any data needed in order to comply with NRA regulation
You are the right candidate if you have:
• BA or higher degree in Technology or Telecommunications or related technical field
• Proven working experience in Product Marketing
• Excellent command of the English language (Proficiency)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Be self-driven and a quick learner to adopt to new technologies and methodologies
• Be highly numerate with strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Be resilient and adaptable to an extremely fast-paced environment with frequent pivots and adjustments
