About the role

As a B2B Presales Engineer you will be part of a very competent team that provides technical solutions (technical description & cost analysis) for the B2B Greek market (public & private sector).

Duties & Responsibilities

·        Quality documentation in solution designs for current and future customers

·        Preparation and demonstration of proposed solutions to customers

·        Techno-economic studies ROI (Return on Investment) & TCO (Total Cost of Ownership)

·        Proposals preparation based on the optimal techno-economic proposition and according to customer’s needs

·        Response to RFPs/RFIs, providing high level guidance and direction on project teams regarding architectural aspects

·        Management of the overall design and architecture of the solution, including research, internal meetings with technical and sales teams, costing, prototype creation and development

·        Research and development of solutions for upcoming deliverables

Required skills

·        BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering

·        At least two (2) years of working experience as Presales engineer or as Cyber security engineer/architect

·        Excellent in technical writing (in Greek and in English)

·        Excellent in developing technical presentations and presenting them to business or/and technical audience

·        Knowledge of Cyber Security solutions (preferably of Microsoft products) and services (EDR/XDR, SIEM/SOAR, Threat Intelligence, PAM, WAF, SOC services etc.)

·        Analytical thinking

·        Focused on the solution

·        Demonstrate and promote respect, professionalism, positive behavior and team spirit

·        Proficient in English language (C2, verbal/writing)

·        MS Office applications experience

·        Capability of working under pressure

Preferred skills

·        Bid management experience

·        Security certifications such as CISM, CCSP or CISSP

·        ITIL framework certified

·        GDPR familiar
