What You'll Do:

• Work in collaboration with various teams such as Product Management, Data Science, Software Engineering, and IT within an agile environment to understand business needs and objectives
• Assist in analyzing business processes and workflows with the objective of finding out how they can be improved or automated
• Contribute to the collection and documentation of business requirements from various stakeholders
• Participate in the development and implementation of business solutions, under the guidance of senior analysts or Product Owners
• Learn and apply data analysis techniques to provide insights and support evidence-based decision-making
• Assist in creating presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations to the team and management

Required Skills:

• Basic understanding of business process analysis, documentation, and modeling
• Fundamental understanding of IT architecture and technologies, including an awareness of how various systems and tools can be leveraged for business solutions
• Eagerness to learn about Agile methodologies and practices
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to take on new challenges
