Role Description

OLYMPIC SHIPPING & MANAGEMENT S.A. [part of Onassis Group of companies] is seeking for a highly motivated graduate to join our Insurance team for a 12-month program. Being involved in challenging projects, this is a unique chance for you to contribute, to gain significant hands-on experience, mentorship and become part of the continuation of the Onassis’ shipping legend.

Main responsibilities include:

• Assist in reviewing and analyzing insurance policies, coverage, and claims for vessels and cargo
• Support the policies renewal process
• Monitor and track compliance with national and international maritime regulations, legal requirements, and sanctions
• Assist in organizing and maintaining legal and insurance files, ensuring that they are accurate and up to date
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Operations, Finance, and Crew)

Requirements

Eligible candidates should meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Shipping or Law
• Master's degree (LLM in Maritime Law or equivalent) is a strong asset
• Proficiency in English
• Familiarity with maritime regulations and insurance practices is a plus

• Excellent analytical and research skills
• Detail-oriented and eager to learn in dynamic environment
