Onassis Stegi is looking for a highly organized and dynamic individual to join our team as a Touring Program Officer.
In this pivotal role, he/she will plan, coordinate, and execute the Onassis Culture touring program, working closely with the Curatorial Team to expand our touring network and broaden the international impact of Onassis Stegi productions.
Main responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning and execution of all aspects of touring production, including logistics, budgets, scheduling and personnel
- Maintain clear communication with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues and ensure smooth production operations
- Ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and budget compliance across all production elements
- Travel frequently to oversee and provide support for production activities on tour
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Arts Management, Cultural Studies, Event Management, or a related field
- 3 – 5 years of working experience as a Touring Officer
- Excellent communication skills in both the English & the Greek Language
- Familiarity with budget management and financial oversight
- Flexibility to travel as required by the touring schedule
