The Onassis Foundation is looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional to join its premium retail destination as a part-time Store Operations Assistant

The new culture-led retail initiative brings together premium multi-brand retail categories, evolving collaborations, and space for fashion to exist in proximity to cultural production, performance, discourse, and contemporary thought within a single, coherent environment.

He/She will support the day-to-day operational, administrative, stock, and e-commerce activities of the store, ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of retail operations behind the scenes.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 17:00 - 21:00

 Main responsibilities:

  • Support the Shop Manager and Assistant Manager in the day-to-day operation of the store
  • Coordinate deliveries, suppliers, logistics, and stock movements to ensure smooth store operations
  • Receive, organize, and maintain accurate inventory records, while supporting stock counts and replenishment activities
  • Maintain a well-organized stockroom and ensure product availability across the retail floors
  • Support e-commerce operations, including order processing, fulfillment, dispatch, returns, and inventory coordination
  • Assist with operational administration, reporting, invoices, and other retail support activities
  • Support launches, events, activations, and other special retail initiatives, working closely with the wider retail team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in Business Administration, Retail Management, Logistics, E-commerce, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of relevant professional experience, preferably within retail, fashion, lifestyle, e-commerce, or a similarly fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in stock management, inventory control, retail operations, or logistics
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English
