Project Coordinator

Athens (Center), Attiki, Greece | Public Onassis Schools

Onassis Foundation is looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support the daily operations and ensure the effective implementation of the Clubs at Public Onassis Schools.

In this role, he/she will act as a key point of contact, ensuring the smooth and timely implementation of the Clubs in collaboration with schools and relevant stakeholders.

Main responsibilities:

Oversee and monitor the implementation of educational activities and training programs, ensuring alignment with approved timelines
Manage daily communication with school principals, teachers, and local stakeholders, addressing practical and operational matters related to the Clubs’ activities
Provide administrative support for initiatives, including managing contract-related tasks and conducting basic financial oversight
Monitor the operation of the program’s digital platform, logging issues and coordinating their timely resolution with technical support teams
Collect, organize, and maintain progress data, preparing reports and ensuring accurate documentation
Assist in organizing educational events and outreach activities in collaboration with local stakeholders, coordinating all necessary logistical arrangements

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Education, or a related field
5+ years of working experience in project coordination or the implementation of educational programs
Excellent communication skills in both the English & the Greek Language
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic project management tools

Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
Strong adaptability and problem-solving skills, able to respond efficiently to challenges
High attention to detail and consistency, ensuring deadlines are met accurately and reliably
