Onassis AiR Program Coordinator

The Onassis Foundation is looking for a highly organized and motivated professional to join Onassis AiR, its artistic residency and fellowship program, as a Program Coordinator

He/She will support the planning and delivery of Onassis AiR’s residency programs, events, and collaborations, ensuring the smooth coordination of program activities, participant support, contracts, budgeting, and community engagement initiatives.

 Main responsibilities:

  • Manage the production and delivery of Onassis AiR events and program activities, including workshops, screenings, presentations, and other public-facing initiatives, in collaboration with internal departments and external partners
  • Plan and oversee residency schedules, ensuring alignment between program activities, participant needs, and the organization’s overall programming
  • Coordinate and participate in regular meetings with program participants, supporting their research and production needs in collaboration with the Head of Onassis AiR
  • Oversee contract administration and budget-related processes, including cash flow monitoring and deliverable tracking, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency
  • Coordinate Onassis AiR Open Calls, institutional collaborations, professional development initiatives, and community engagement activities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Cultural Management, Business Administration, or another relevant field. A Master’s degree or other postgraduate qualification will be considered an asset.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in program coordination, project management, cultural production, or a similar role, preferably within the cultural sector or interdisciplinary artistic environments. Previous experience in artistic residency programs will be considered an advantage
  • Experience coordinating multiple projects, stakeholders, and timelines simultaneously in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage contracts, track deliverables, and oversee budget-related processes. Familiarity with financial reporting tools will be considered an advantage
  • Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and verbal, with English serving as the primary working language of the program
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with the use and setup of digital and audiovisual equipment will be considered an advantage
