During this period, we seek to recruit a professional for the following position:

                                                                        Trade Marketing Supervisor - ON Trade

                                                                             for our Marketing Department

                                                                             based in our premises at Kifisia

As a Trade Marketing Supervisor - ON Trade, reporting directly to the Trade  Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for implementing the agreed Trade Marketing plan in order to increase sales and brand equity in the distribution channels.

What you will be doing:

• Participate in the development & implementation of Trade Marketing Plan
• Monitoring and expenditure checking according to Trade Marketing A&P budget on a quarterly and Monthly basis , proceeding with the necessary adjustments according to volume changes and report to Finance.
• Sales visits with Sales Reps in order to ensure products’ visibility, Merchandising Standards implementation and best practices per distribution channel and store type
• Implementation of tailor made promotional activities with new generation POS material
• Monitor market trends and competitors actions
• Monitor and Complete Monthly activity sales calendar
• Responsible for POS ordering, allocation, monitors POS warehouse stocks
• Creation of POS material: market research, collection and evaluation of proposals, contacts with suppliers, keep electronic record
• Analyze data and steer trade marketing activities towards the drivers that will impact sales per individual trade channel
• Manages the point of sales material (including budget, logistics, distribution, assortment) by finding the most efficient solutions
• Create evaluation reports based on collected data
• Organizing and implementing consumer promotion activities in ON Trade Channel  
• POS Champion in Carlsberg Group with more responsibilities about POS materials (ex: run Tender through Ariba for POS materials, participate and align in monthly meetings with rest POS Champions, etc)

What we are looking for

• BSc in Business Administration/Marketing/Economics
• MSc or MBA considers to be an asset
• Minimum 2 - 3 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in MS Office; especially in excel
• Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken)
• Highly developed communication & presentation skills
• Analytical thinking with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights
• Results driven mindset
• Team spirit and relationship building
• Organizational & planning abilities with effective time management & prioritization
• Flexibility & adaptability
