During this period, we seek to recruit a professional for the following position:

CDE (Cold Draft Equipment) Operations Assistant

 for our Sales Department

 based in our premises at Mandra

The main purpose of  the CDE Operations Assistant, reporting directly to CDE Field Service & Operations Supervisor, is to perform daily tasks that will support our CDE fuction, part of Sales team.

What you will be doing

• Processing with data entry for customer data & CDE equipment
• Creating, storaging and organising files, both physical and ditigal documents
• Communicating with Sales team, service providers and end outlets

What we are looking for

• BSc in Economics, Mathematics, Digital Systems, or related field
• MSc in Logistics will is considered an advantage  
• 1-2 years of professional experience in functions such as sales administration, sales support, customer service, etc. is cosidered an asset 
• Prior experience in ERP, CRM, and BI tools
• Fluency in Greek and English, both oral & written
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point
• Teamwork & collaboration
• Critical thinking & problem solving attitude
• Flexibility & adaptability
• Ability to manage a variety of priorities while meeting tight deadlines
