We're looking for a friendly and motivated Customer Care employee to join our team.

What You'll Do:

• Answer customer inquiries via phone and email

• Assist with orders, questions, and general requests

• Help solve customer issues in a friendly and efficient way

• Work closely with other departments to make sure customers get the best possible support

What We're Looking For:

• Excellent German and English skills are a must (written and spoken) Additional languages are a plus

• A structured and organized way of working

• Strong customer focus and great communication skills

• Experience in customer care is a bonus, but not required

What We Offer:

• Full-time position (40 hours per week)

• Salary of €2,300 gross per month (full-time basis)
