We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teamleader to join our team at Innsbruck. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficient service delivery, and maintaining high standards of safety and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all station activities to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate with staff to maintain safety, security, and service quality.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in station or facility management, very good Englisch needed
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a team.

The base salary is non-negotiable and amounts to €2,600 gross per month (40h). In addition, employees may receive applicable supplements for weekend work, as working on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays is required. There is also a sales bonus for the successful sale of additional products.
