Store Manager

Job Description:

Oversee the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the retail store and wholesale activities.
Achieve and exceed branch sales targets and financial objectives (retail & wholesale).
Develop and implement strategies to grow wholesale accounts and expand the customer network.
Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with wholesale partners and key clients.
Lead, motivate, and coordinate store staff (scheduling, performance management, training, and development).
Ensure high standards of customer service and brand representation.
Monitor inventory levels, stock control, and replenishment for both retail and wholesale channels.
Prepare reports, analyze sales performance, and propose action plans for continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

Job Requirements:

Minimum three (3) years of experience in a managerial role within retail.
Experience in wholesale or B2B sales will be considered a strong advantage.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational and administrative abilities with a results-driven mindset.
Dynamic personality with strong communication and negotiation skills.
High sense of responsibility, consistency, and attention to detail.
Very good knowledge of English (written and spoken).
Very good computer skills (MS Office, ERP systems, reporting tools).
