Job Description:
- Oversee the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the retail store and wholesale activities.
- Achieve and exceed branch sales targets and financial objectives (retail & wholesale).
- Develop and implement strategies to grow wholesale accounts and expand the customer network.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with wholesale partners and key clients.
- Lead, motivate, and coordinate store staff (scheduling, performance management, training, and development).
- Ensure high standards of customer service and brand representation.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock control, and replenishment for both retail and wholesale channels.
- Prepare reports, analyze sales performance, and propose action plans for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in a managerial role within retail.
- Experience in wholesale or B2B sales will be considered a strong advantage.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and administrative abilities with a results-driven mindset.
- Dynamic personality with strong communication and negotiation skills.
- High sense of responsibility, consistency, and attention to detail.
- Very good knowledge of English (written and spoken).
- Very good computer skills (MS Office, ERP systems, reporting tools).
