Job Description:

  • Oversee the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the retail store and wholesale activities.
  • Achieve and exceed branch sales targets and financial objectives (retail & wholesale).
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow wholesale accounts and expand the customer network.
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with wholesale partners and key clients.
  • Lead, motivate, and coordinate store staff (scheduling, performance management, training, and development).
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and brand representation.
  • Monitor inventory levels, stock control, and replenishment for both retail and wholesale channels.
  • Prepare reports, analyze sales performance, and propose action plans for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

 

Job Requirements:

  •  Minimum three (3) years of experience in a managerial role within retail.
  • Experience in wholesale or B2B sales will be considered a strong advantage.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative abilities with a results-driven mindset.
  • Dynamic personality with strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • High sense of responsibility, consistency, and attention to detail.
  • Very good knowledge of English (written and spoken).
  • Very good computer skills (MS Office, ERP systems, reporting tools).
