Job Description:
· Identifying and cultivating new prospects, driving sales, and establishing connections with key clients in the designated sales territory.
· Engaging with customers and partners to provide sales and post-sales assistance, incorporating cross-selling and up-selling strategies for our products and services.
· Actively seeking market feedback to pinpoint potential sales opportunities.
· Providing comprehensive product training and support to business partners across all Lalizas brands.
· Remaining adaptable to market dynamics and exhibiting effective communication and problem-solving skills to address challenges.
Skills and Experience:
· University degree in the Business field.
· Ideally, 3–5 years of experience in a Sales Department within the marine industry.
· Prior experience in call centers or telesales companies would also be advantageous.
· Excellent command of the English language.
· Knowledge of MS Excel.
· Ability to organize, prioritize, multitask, be flexible and meet deadlines.
· Great communication and interpersonal skills.
