Job Description:
- Maintain and expand the existing B2B customer network, focusing on Shipping Companies & Ship Management Companies.
- Identify and pursue new business development opportunities in the maritime sector.
- Negotiate contracts for both products and services based on customer needs.
- Communicate effectively with customers and business partners to foster strong relationships.
- Represent the company at industry exhibitions and networking events.
- Create reports and conduct sales analysis to track performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Analyze sales trends, market dynamics, and industry developments to support business strategy.
Skills and experience:
- University degree in business, engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the maritime industry.
- Strong negotiation skills and commercial awareness.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Proficiency in MS Excel for sales analysis and reporting.
- Ability to travel based on business needs.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Fulfilled military obligations (for male candidates)
