Customer Experience Representative – French Speaking

Job Description:

  • Support and maintain relationships within the existing B2B network, while contributing to its development.
  • Seek out new business development opportunities
  • Communicate with customers / partners
  • Attend exhibitions representing the company
  • Create reports and sales analysis
  • Analyze sales trends, market dynamics and report to determine business growth potential

 

Skills and experience:

  • Native or fluent French speaker, with excellent command of English
  • University degree, ideally in business or technical field
  • Previous experience (1–2 years) in a sales, customer support, or business development role will be considered an asset.
  • Very good knowledge of MS Excel
  • Ability to travel according to the business needs
  • Organizational and communication skills
