Job Description:
- Monitor the marketplace and develop strategies for Fire Fighting Equipment (FFE) categories, as well as new commercial/sales channels.
- Participate in forecasting and actively monitor demand and sales performance for FFE products.
- Keep a close eye on competitor activity, proposing adjustments to pricing strategies to stay competitive in the market.
- Regularly review product specifications and stay updated on product developments or updates in the fire fighting equipment field.
- Engage directly in the product development process, working closely with the sales team and other internal departments to ensure product relevance and quality.
- Represent the company and FFE products at exhibitions, trade shows, and other industry events to promote the product category.
- Retain and develop business relationships with both local and international distributors, ensuring strong partnerships and growth opportunities.
Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s Degree will be considered a plus.
- 2-3 years of experience in sales development, product management, or category management, preferably with international exposure.
- Experience in technical marine equipment or fire fighting equipment markets will be considered a strong asset.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Organized, analytical, and sales-oriented with excellent communication skills. Flexible and able to interpret and utilize data analysis for decision-making.
- Ability to travel abroad for business needs and exhibitions.
- Fulfilled military obligations for male candidates (where applicable).
