Job Description:

• Provides Support to the Sales Department
• Be involved in reports and sales analysis
• Forwards samples/orders by entering requests, arranging shipments, and notifying customers
• Resolves order and inventory problems by investigating data and history, identifying alternate means for filling orders, and notifying managers and customers
• Communicates with customers / partners providing them with pre sales – after sales support with cross selling and up selling of our products & services.

Skills and Experience:

• University degree.
• Ideally 1-2 years of experience in a Sales or Operations Department of an international company.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Very good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, multitask, be flexible and meet deadlines.
• Great communication and interpersonal skills.
