Job Description:
- Supports the Management in all day-to-day Branch Operations
- Assists in managing Branch inventory, minimizing shrinkage, and ensuring effective cash/credit control
- Delivers an excellent customer experience, maintaining strong and effective relationships with both wholesale and retail clients, as well as supply partners
- Actively contributes to achieving sales targets by identifying opportunities, promoting products, and supporting the sales process from inquiry to order completion
- Ensures the smooth operation of the Greek Wholesale and Retail departments
- Prepares and maintains daily/weekly/monthly reports related to sales performance, customer activity, and branch operations
- Ensures completeness and accuracy of data on the MS platform
- Implements the MS communication plan across all channels (Facebook, Newsletter, SMS, Forums, etc.) to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement
Skills and Experience:
- Greek native level speaker and good knowledge of English (knowledge of other languages is considered a plus)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (proficient in Excel) and Internet applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize, to work well under pressure in a sales driven atmosphere
- Proactivity and energy, willingness to work in a close-knit and energetic team
- Proven track record/good understanding of sales, profit & margins
- Clear understanding of excellence in customer service and ability to exceed this at all times
