Job Description:
- Support day-to-day marketing operations and assist with general tasks as needed.
- Prepare, edit, and format correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Assist in updating the company’s Content Management Systems (CMS) by uploading and editing website content (text, images, etc.).
- Conduct regular audits of website content to ensure accuracy and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide administrative and organizational support for internal and external company events.
- Conduct basic research and gather information to support reports, presentations, and other documentation.
- Collaborate with various teams to collect content requirements and updates.
- Participate in ad hoc projects and contribute to more complex tasks depending on business needs.
Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent command of English and Greek (written and oral).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate ideas clearly.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to anticipate needs, propose solutions, and work proactively.
- Adaptability and comfort interacting with a wide range of people and situations.
- Knowledge of content management systems (CMS), such as WordPress or PrestaShop, is a plus.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices is a plus.
- Prior experience in web content management, digital marketing, or related fields is a plus.
