Job Description:
• Support day-to-day marketing operations and assist with general tasks as needed.
• Prepare, edit, and format correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
• Assist in updating the company’s Content Management Systems (CMS) by uploading and editing website content (text, images, etc.).
• Conduct regular audits of website content to ensure accuracy and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide administrative and organizational support for internal and external company events.
• Conduct basic research and gather information to support reports, presentations, and other documentation.
• Collaborate with various teams to collect content requirements and updates.
• Participate in ad hoc projects and contribute to more complex tasks depending on business needs.
Skills & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Excellent command of English and Greek (written and oral).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate ideas clearly.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to anticipate needs, propose solutions, and work proactively.
• Adaptability and comfort interacting with a wide range of people and situations.
• Knowledge of content management systems (CMS), such as WordPress or PrestaShop, is a plus.
• Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices is a plus.
• Prior experience in web content management, digital marketing, or related fields is a plus.
