Job Description:
- Address employee relations issues with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Ensure strict compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, employee files, and documentation.
- Support benefits administration, provide payroll support, and manage employee leave processes efficiently.
- Support daily HR operations and administration.
- Assist with recruitment, interviews and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and HR systems.
- Respond to employee HR queries and provide administrative support.
- Assist with HR reporting, data tracking and analysis using Excel
- Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong numerical thinking
- Ability to prioritise and analyse under pressure.
- Trustworthiness and reliability.
