Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Generalist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats. This role is perfect for someone who combines creativity with analytical thinking, wants to actively shape brand presence, and contribute directly to business growth. You won’t just “support” marketing activities — you’ll be part of building and evolving them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital and offline)
  • Support content development for website, newsletters, and marketing materials
  • Coordinate email marketing campaigns and maintain CRM lists
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance (KPIs, ROI, engagement metrics)
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product) to align messaging and campaigns
  • Support event planning, exhibitions, and promotional activities
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Work with external partners and vendors when needed (media, etc.)

Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field will be considered an asset
  • 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing (social media, email, SEO basics)
  • Experience with marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, email platforms like Mailchimp) is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving ability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
  • Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite) are a plus
