We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance & Business Planning Assistant to join our Finance team.

The Role
As a Finance & Business Planning Assistant, you will support key finance and planning activities, contributing to budgeting, reporting, and data management processes, while developing strong analytical and business skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and business planning processes
- Prepare and validate financial data used in reports and planning activities
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of recurring reports, templates, and planning files
- Extract and consolidate data from ERP systems, BI tools, and spreadsheets
- Maintain documentation and version control for financial models and reports
- Support the preparation of presentations and materials for internal use
- Assist in data collection and follow-up with internal stakeholders
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial and business data
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1-2 years of relevant experience (internships or entry-level roles are welcome)
- Basic understanding of financial concepts (P&L, costs, margins)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with ERP systems or BI tools is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work with structured processes and meet deadlines
- Fluency in English
