About the Role

• Prepare the rental agreement while advising on and up-selling vehicles and optional extras to the customer according to their needs
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Receive telephone calls and handle customer issues or direct messages to appropriate personnel in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Provide customers with the requested information concerning the availability, type of cars, rate suggestions and offers.
• Obtain the necessary information from the clients and enter it into the car rental system as a quotation.
• Other duties as assigned.

Basic Position Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and/or diploma in Hospitality or other related field.
• Computer Knowledge and aptitude to learn new software and platforms
• Excellent customer service skills
• Able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language used in the workplace.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Highly responsible and reliable person
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
• Outgoing personality
