• Manage and nurture relationships with existing car rental partners to ensure service quality and operational efficiency.
• Identify and onboard new rental car partners, negotiate terms and agreements to expand our network footprint.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes related to rental car operations, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
• Monitor and analyze network performance metrics, implementing improvements as needed to meet business objectives.
• Stay informed about industry trends and market developments to identify growth opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Establish Connections and Develop Self & Others

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 

• Proven experience (X years) in a similar role within the rental car industry or related field.
• Strong network management and partnership development skills.
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
