About the Role

•   You’ll partner closely with the Digital Marketing & Communication Supervisor, with clear guidance, structured processes, and ongoing training.

•   Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns in collaboration with our digital marketing agency (email marketing, social media monitoring, and online advertising).

•   Support the development and execution of CRM campaigns, including email marketing.

•   Implementation and verification of website updates (pages/offers/forms/UTMs)

•   Support SEO activities with external partners, including keyword research and SEO content creation.

•   Create and maintain KPI reports/dashboards, including data collection and basic analysis of marketing and commercial activities.

•   Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth execution of marketing deliverables, from briefing and production through delivery, rollout, and final QA.

Basic Position Requirements

•  2 to 4 years’ experience

•  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Digital Media, or a related field.

•   Basic knowledge of CRM platforms would be an advantage

•   CMS basics (WordPress/Elementor or similar)

•   Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

•   Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT)

•   Creative execution skills: able to produce and adapt simple assets (e.g., banners, social variations, basic presentations) using tools like Canva

•   Strong communication and interpersonal skills

•   Ownership mindset and strong attention to detail
