About the role:

We are looking for a passionate and motivated professional to join our team as a Supply Chain Systems Associate. The ideal candidate will support the efficient operation of our Distribution Center and Supply Chain Systems, ensuring high standards and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the central Distribution Center, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and meet required standards.
  • Maintain clear communication with the Warehouse Supervisor to guarantee timely completion of tasks.
  • Provide first-level support for the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and troubleshoot any issues.
  • Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and assist in achieving operational targets.
  • Propose and implement solutions for the optimal operation of systems, aiming to improve service efficiency for both internal stakeholders and end customers.
  • Actively participate and provide support in ongoing projects and initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain/Logistics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Familiarity with logistics software and inventory management systems (Familiarity with SAP is a plus)
  • Excellent command of MS Office applications
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills both in English and Greek
  • Results-driven with strong problem-solving skills
  • Interpersonal, coordination, and collaboration abilities
  • Experience in a similar role will be considered as an asset
