About the Role:

We are looking for an Assistant Product Manager – Retail Εlectrical Solutions to join our Buying team and support the development and commercial performance of retail product categories, including switches, lamps, power strips, seasonal products, heating & cooling solutions and batteries.
This is a great opportunity for a professional with analytical thinking, commercial mindset and interest in retail products, who wants to grow in product management and develop expertise in fast-moving electrical categories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Product Managers in the daily monitoring and development of retail electrical product categories.
- Analyze sales, pricing, stock and market data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement
- Assist in product portfolio management, including product updates, new product launches and category performance tracking
- Participate in pricing, margin and commercial actions through data preparation and analysis
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to collect product information, technical specifications and commercial updates
- Work closely with Demand Planning, Sales, Marketing and other teams to strengthen product availability, promotional actions and category performance
- Prepare reports, presentations and product-related material to enable business decisions and internal communication
- Develop a solid understanding of the category, its products and market dynamics, while gradually taking on increased responsibilities.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–2 years of experience in product management, category management, procurement, sales support, marketing, business analysis or a related commercial role
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Interest in retail products, electrical equipment, technical products or B2B/B2C commercial environments
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ability to work with data in a structured way
- Very good command of English, both written and spoken
- Analytical thinking, attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with different teams.
- Commercial perception, curiosity and willingness to learn
- Knowledge of Power BI, SAP, CRM or previous experience in the lighting/electrical equipment market will be considered an asset
