About the Role:
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and analytical professional who enjoys balancing financial analysis with client communication. As part of the Credit Control team, you'll play a key role in managing receivables from customers, assessing credit risk, and achieving healthy cash flow through close collaboration with our sales departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing communication with clients to confirm outstanding balances and schedule payments
- Negotiating and proposing alternative repayment solutions to maintain cash flow and strengthen business relationships
- Implementing and monitoring the company’s credit policy in collaboration with the sales department
- Evaluating the creditworthiness and financial profile of clients through analysis of financial data and transaction history
- Participating in the preparation of monthly reports and monitoring performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and manage credit risk
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–2 years of relevant professional experience in a similar role, preferably within a Credit Control department
- University Degree (AEI/TEI) in Economics, Accounting, or a related field
- Proficient in MS Excel (functions, pivot tables, basic data modeling)
- Very good command of the English language (both written and spoken)
- Familiarity with SAP system and reporting tools such as Power BI is desirable
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Team-oriented, flexible, and able to manage time effectively
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks efficiently
