Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as the main point of contact for technical inquiries
- Possess a deep understanding of our products and is able to communicate technical details to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Account Managers, Product Managers, and Technical Support Engineers to ensure client satisfaction and resolve technical issues
- Oversee the implementation of technical solutions, ensuring timely delivery and meeting clients’ expectations
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients, troubleshooting issues and coordinating with the technical team for resolutions
- Gather client feedback on our products and communicate it to the relevant stakeholders for continuous improvement
- Create and deliver training sessions for clients, as well as develop comprehensive documentation for our products
Prerequisites:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant field
- Strong technical background with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts
- Experience in industrial products / applications would be a plus (PLCs, variable speed drives, sensors, instruments etc)
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive and positive attitude
