Main Duties & Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Coordinate, schedule and conduct interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
• Maintain and update our applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment partners.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment.
• Assist in developing employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s visibility and attractiveness to potential candidates.
• Participate in job fairs, career events, and other recruitment activities to promote the company and attract talent.
Key Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
• MSc in Human Resources will be considered as an asset
• 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within the retail sector
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools, including ATS and social media platforms
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
