About the Role

We are looking for a Power Platform Developer to join our Innovation & Technology team and play a key role in designing and delivering low-code/no-code solutions that automate and streamline how KAFKAS works.

The role combines hands-on development with close collaboration with business teams, with the aim of turning everyday operational needs into practical, scalable digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy applications using Power Apps (canvas and model-driven) and Power Automate
• Build automated workflows connecting Power Platform solutions with KAFKAS Data Sources
• Collaborate with business users across departments to gather requirements and translate them into effective digital solutions
• Work closely with other IT teams to embed solutions into Power Platform where relevant
• Work closely with other project teams to embed AI capabilities into Power Platform solutions where relevant
• Ensure solutions follow governance, security and data compliance best practices (GDPR)
• Maintain, troubleshoot and continuously improve existing Power Platform applications and flows
• Contribute to clear technical documentation and knowledge sharing with technical audiences

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or another related technical field
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate
• Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with enterprise systems (ERP, databases, APIs)
• Good understanding of data modeling, Dataverse and connectors
• Good knowledge of Python or another scripting language will be considered an asset
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken

Nice to Have

• Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g. PL-100, PL-200 or equivalent)
