About the role:

At KAFKAS, we support our customers with reliable electrical equipment, industrial products and technical solutions that meet real business and application needs.

We are looking for a Technical Solutions Engineer – Industrial Applications to join our team and act as a key technical point of contact for selected B2B customers. The role combines technical consulting, customer support and close collaboration with internal teams, with the aim of understanding customer needs and proposing suitable technical solutions for industrial applications.

Key Responsibilities:

•   Build and maintain strong relationships with selected B2B customers, acting as their main technical point of contact
• Understand customer needs and translate them into suitable technical solutions and product proposals
• Provide technical guidance on industrial products and applications, such as PLCs, variable speed drives, sensors, instruments and related equipment
• Communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Collaborate closely with Account Managers, Product Managers and Technical Support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and effective solution delivery
• Contribute to the preparation of clear technical documentation and product-related material

Required Qualifications:

•  Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or another related technical field.
• Previous experience in a technical B2B, technical support, application engineering, sales engineering, field service or customer-facing technical role will be considered an asset
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with customers and internal teams
• Customer-oriented mindset and ability to propose practical, solution-focused approaches.
• Good organizational skills and ability to coordinate different stakeholders and priorities
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken
• Good knowledge of MS Office
