The position focuses on the launch of a new B2B e-shop, requiring project management skills, handling large volumes of data, and collaboration across different teams and external partners.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines.
• Support daily operations to ensure the smooth functioning and continuous optimization of the B2B e-shop.
• Collaborate closely with e-business, IT, external partners, sales, and customer care teams for effective project execution.
• Monitor site performance and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Align e-commerce strategies with business goals by coordinating with marketing, sales, IT, and customer service.
• Participate in the creation and implementation of marketing plans to increase traffic and sales.
• Conduct competitive analysis (both domestic and international) and provide actionable recommendations.
• Participate in User Acceptance Tests (UATs) and offer constructive feedback to improve the user experience and e-shop functionality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Business, Economics, or basic-level IT, with 3-4+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) and familiarity with project management tools, analytics platforms, Product Information Management (PIM), and SAP.
• Proficiency in UX/UI design tools (e.g., Figma).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work independently and within teams, ensuring the successful completion of large-scale projects.
• Experience in the implementation and launch of new websites will be considered a significant advantage.
