BIM Modeller

 We are currently looking for a highly skilled BIM Specialist (Building Information Modeling) to join our team.

The Scope of the position:

The BIM Modeler will model for both project delivery and standards compliance. The position's role mainly focuses on developing in-house tools via programming techniques in Python, or Dynamo.

As a member of the production team, will be guiding through complex modeling, conducting post-deadline reviews to streamline the workflow and developing the BIM Library.

While creating the necessary drawings sets for a project, this position may also function as a Model Manager as determined by their supervisor. Working with the Line Manager to produce layout and markup drawing input into Revit and Clash Detection in Navisworks in accordance with the latest guidelines or requirements of a specific project EIR.

Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture or equivalent Engineering degree
•  At least 3 years of experience in similar role preferably at an infrastructure project
•  Dynamo, Python or other programming languages
•  Strong Knowledge of Revit
•  Navisworks Manage
• Strong Knowledge of AutoCAD
• Strong Knowledge of English
• Knowledge of other software such as Lumion 3D, Photoshop, After Effects among others is preferred
