About the Role

We are on the lookout for a proactive and strategically minded Regional Co-op Marketing Supervisor to join our fast-paced Marketing team. This role acts as a key liaison between our internal marketing function and the portfolio of brands we represent. You will be responsible for cultivating strong brand partnerships, aligning marketing strategies, securing co-op budgets, and delivering integrated campaigns that drive visibility and commercial impact. All actions and negotiation should be implemented in all Region (4 countries).

As part of a multibrand retail organization, you will work closely with both internal stakeholders and external brand partners to ensure consistent messaging, timely campaign execution, and optimal brand exposure across all consumer touchpoints.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key brand partners, ensuring open communication and mutual understanding of marketing goals, product launches, and brand positioning.
  • Lead the development, planning, coordination, and execution of joint marketing campaigns aligned with the annual MarCom strategy and promotional calendar.
  • Responsible for execution E2E on all new drops or campaigns deriving from brands execution E2E (production, photo shooting, instore materials etc).
  • Align internal marketing plans with brand calendars to ensure timely and impactful communication, product storytelling, and market activations.
  • Stay up to date on upcoming product launches and brand strategies by attending presentations, briefings, and regular meetings with brand partners.
  • Negotiate, secure, and manage co-op marketing budgets from brands, ensuring maximum return on investment and brand visibility.
  • Work closely with internal teams such as Digital, Retail, Visual Merchandising, and Buying to ensure cohesive 360° campaign rollouts.
  • Create and coordinate all briefs for the relevant teams or external companies.
  • Track and evaluate the effectiveness of brand campaigns, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimization.
  • Plan and execute in-store and external events or activations in collaboration with agencies and brand partners.

 

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Μarketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in a marketing or brand partnerships role, preferably in retail or FMCG environments.
  • Proven experience in managing co-op marketing initiatives or collaborating directly with external brands.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a solution-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
