Kifisia, Attiki, Greece | LOGISTICS

INTERSPORT Athletics S.A., a proud member of FOURLIS Group and the exclusive franchisee of INTERSPORT across Greece, Cyprus, Bulgaria and Romania, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Supply Chain Supervisor to join its Logistics team in Greece.

Role Purpose

We are seeking an experienced Territory Supply Chain Supervisor to take ownership of daily supply chain and logistics operations. The role ensures reliable execution across distribution centers, 3PL providers, middle-mile and last-mile partners, retail stores and internal functions. Working alongside an established team of experienced supply chain professionals, the Supervisor coordinates operational activities, resolves exceptions independently and escalates only material risks or decisions requiring management authority.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day operational coordination for both brands and markets, maintaining service continuity and clear operational priorities.
  • Coordinate 3PL warehouses, middle-mile and last-mile transport partners; monitor agreed SLAs, schedules and corrective actions.
  • Work closely with experienced colleagues managing inbound and outbound deliveries, aligning warehouse execution, transport and store replenishment.
  • Proactively investigate and resolve delivery delays, shortages, damages, failed deliveries, inventory discrepancies and other exceptions.
  • Coordinate store replenishment, stock transfers, reverse logistics and relevant e-commerce fulfilment interfaces.
  • Act as a central operational contact for Retail Operations, Commercial, Finance, IT and logistics providers, with clear issue ownership and follow-up.
  • Monitor operational KPIs, including on-time delivery, replenishment lead times, partner service levels and issue resolution; provide concise reporting.
  • Identify recurring inefficiencies and implement process improvements, standard operating procedures and cost-conscious corrective actions.
  • Support operational rollout of systems, integrations and network improvements, collaborating with project owners and stakeholders.
  • Escalate strategic, contractual, budgetary or high-impact matters to the Regional Supply Chain Manager under agreed decision rights.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience specifically in a comparable Supply Chain Operations Supervisor, Logistics Operations Supervisor or equivalent role with operational ownership; general supply chain tenure alone is not sufficient.
  • Demonstrated independent management of daily operations in a retail or omnichannel distribution environment.
  • Hands-on experience coordinating outsourced 3PL operations, middle-mile and last-mile providers and multi-stakeholder retail networks.
  • Strong understanding of inbound/outbound logistics, store replenishment, transport execution and reverse logistics.
  • Proven record of independently resolving operational exceptions and driving partner corrective actions.
  • Working knowledge of ERP/WMS systems, operational reporting and KPIs; advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken Greek and English.

Core Competencies

  • Operational ownership, sound judgment and autonomy.
  • Strong prioritization, structured problem solving and follow-through.
  • Confident stakeholder management and peer-level collaboration with experienced colleagues.
  • Clear communication, analytical thinking and focus on service, speed and cost.

Success Measures

  • Reliable daily operations across Greece and Cyprus with fewer routine escalations to regional management.
  • Improved on-time delivery, replenishment reliability and logistics partner SLA adherence.
  • Faster closure of operational exceptions with transparent ownership and corrective actions.
  • Reduced recurring issues and improved coordination across both brands and markets.

Role Boundaries

The position coordinates and supervises operational execution but does not require direct people management. Strategic network design, major commercial negotiations, contract approvals and overall budget ownership remain with the Regional Supply Chain Manager.

  • Opportunity to work within an international retail and supply chain environment
  • Career growth and continuous learning opportunities
  • Exposure to regional logistics operations across multiple countries
  • Health insurance and bonus scheme
