 Turn data into information, information into insight, and insight into business decisions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and patterns.
• Design, develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Conduct statistical analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
• Develop and implement data quality control measures to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Build and maintain data models and databases.
• Automate data collection and reporting processes.
• Support the development and implementation of predictive models
• Provide training and support to business users on Power BI tools and functionalities

Qualifications:

• Degree in Data Science, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering and other related fields
• Proven experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Expertise in BI and data visualization tools (eg. Power BI)
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel / Spreadsheets for data gathering, analytics and modeling
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and data mining techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
• Previous experience in a sales environment, preferably gained in the retail sector
• Fluency in English.
