INTERSPORT Athletics S.A., member of FOURLIS Group and exclusive franchisee of INTERSPORT in Greece, Cyprus, Bulgaria and Romania, is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Specialist to join our Logistics team.

In this role, you will support and coordinate logistics and transport operations regionally, ensuring smooth product flow from suppliers and logistics partners to stores and warehouses. You will gain hands-on exposure to international supply chain operations, transport coordination, 3PL collaboration, and retail logistics processes within a dynamic multinational environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate middle mile & last mile transport operations across markets
• Monitor daily replenishment flows and ensure on-time deliveries to stores and warehouses
• Communicate daily with suppliers, freight forwarders, 3PL providers, and transport partners
• Track shipments, delays, and operational issues, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when needed
• Coordinate import/export processes and ensure proper collection of shipping and customs documentation
• Support reverse logistics processes including returns, transfers, and claims management
• Maintain and update logistics reports, KPIs, transportation costs, and operational dashboards
• Ensure data accuracy within ERP and logistics systems
• Verify logistics, transportation, and supplier invoices
• Support budget monitoring and transportation cost control initiatives
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve operational efficiency and service levels

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, transport, supply chain, or operations, preferably within retail or e-commerce environment
• Very good command of English (written & spoken)
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP knowledge will be considered a plus)
• Basic understanding of warehouse, transportation, and import/export operations
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Team-oriented mindset with willingness to learn and grow in an international environment

Nice to Have

• Romanian or Bulgarian language skills
• Experience working with 3PL providers and freight forwarders
• Exposure to regional or international logistics operations
• Experience in retail logistics or omnichannel supply chain environment
