We are looking for an HR & Payroll Support Consultant to join our high caliber team.
Your contribution to the success of the team
- Provide consulting expertise for Payroll software
- Provide guidance on business processes based upon sound understanding of key functions within HR including Payroll
- Troubleshoot and resolve HR & Payroll issues for both customers and partners and update ticket logging systems in a timely and accurate manner
- Design, develop and deliver end user training
- Maintain up to date documentation of implemented solutions
- Keeping updated with changes in government regulations
Your Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 1+ year of experience in Payroll or HR Administration roles
- Previous working experience with payroll software will be considered a strong asset
- Very good knowledge of payroll legislation and HR procedures
- Excellent customer-oriented mindset
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
