Application Support Consultant - Mobile Support

We are looking for a motivated Application Support Consultant  to join our high caliber team.

Your contribution to the success of the team

• Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and effective communication
• Analyze and manage client support requests related to sales and field operations
• Provide ongoing support for mobile applications and assist clients in resolving system-related issues
• Guide clients on best practices and ensure optimal use of the systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to handle support requests and ensure high service quality
• Gather and analyze feedback from users and partners to identify issues and suggest improvements
• Work closely with ERP/CRM teams to support and deliver integrated solutions
• Implement and develop new features based on customer requests

Your Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Knowledge of SQL (Microsoft SQL Server)
• Ability to analyze business needs and processes
• Excellent command of Greek and English
• Team player with strong analytical thinking and a customer-focused mindset

Nice to Have

• Basic knowledge of PHP and XML
• Previous internship, academic projects, or experience in a technical support or related role
• Familiarity with CRM or mobile business applications
