Administrative Support Officer- Channel Services
We are looking for Administrative Support Officer to join our high caliber team.
Your Role
- Receive and manage support requests via email and telephone, register cases in the ticketing system, and assign them to the appropriate teams.
- Provide secretarial and administrative support, handling phone calls, emails, correspondence, and reception duties.
- Manage the e-learning platform, including sending credentials and participation emails, supporting participants, and monitoring examinations.
- Welcome guests, coordinate meeting rooms, and support the smooth operation of daily administrative tasks.
Your Qualifications & Competencies
- Previous working experience in Customer Care, Administrative Support, or Secretarial Support roles
- Bachelor’s degree will be considered an asset
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize workload effectively
- Very good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Very good knowledge of MS Office applications
- Familiarity with ERP systems will be considered an advantage
