INGROUP, on behalf of its client, a leading multinational company in the architectural and construction materials industry, is seeking a

Project Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and develop relationships with architects, designers, contractors, dealers, and key industry stakeholders.
  • Support the identification and development of new business opportunities and project leads across Greece.
  • Support the growth of key customer accounts while contributing to long-term client relationships.
  • Promote the company’s products and solutions in architectural, commercial, residential, and construction projects.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and industry developments to identify commercial opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to support successful project execution and achievement of commercial objectives.
  • Travel extensively throughout Greece (approximately 50% of the month).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Technical Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or a similar commercial role.
  • Previous experience in the building materials, architectural products, ceramics, tiles, construction, or related industries will be considered a strong asset (not mandatory).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
