About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and commercially driven Sales Channel Developer to expand our presence across special retail channels and unlock new business opportunities beyond traditional trade. This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional who thrives in field sales, enjoys building strong partnerships, and wants to contribute directly to business growth and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate, and develop new commercial opportunities in alternative retail channels to drive incremental revenue and brand growth.
  • Act as the single point of ownership for assigned channels, managing projects from opportunity assessment to launch and ongoing performance optimization.
  • Achieve defined KPIs including revenue, sales volume, number of partners, and distribution points.
  • Lead commercial negotiations with prospective partners, securing agreements with clear commitments on volumes, timelines, and execution standards.
  • Prepare commercial proposals and business cases, outlining expected volumes, profitability, and operational requirements.
  • Define product assortments, pricing strategies, and activation plans tailored to each channel while ensuring brand consistency.
  • Monitor channel performance against targets, provide regular reporting, and recommend corrective actions or expansion opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records and complete all required administrative tasks in a timely manner.

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, merchandising, or promotional roles, preferably within an FMCG environment.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving capability and attention to detail.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and key stakeholders.
  • Customer-centric approach with a solid understanding of market dynamics and consumer needs.
  • Creative and innovative thinking, with the flexibility to adapt to a diverse and fast-paced role.
  • Strong teamwork spirit and positive attitude.
  • Basic IT literacy (MS Office and reporting tools).
  • Fluency in Greek and basic command of English (written and spoken).

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience in tobacco, vaping, or other regulated retail environments.
  • Mindset focused on continuous improvement and performance optimization.
